KWC Python 2.5" Co2 .357 Revolver (Full Metal - Black)

Want to buy a realistic-looking black airsoft gun (RIF) from onlyBBguns? Because these guns look so real, UK law (the VCRA Act) requires you to have a valid reason, called a "defence," to own one. Essentially, you need to prove you're buying it for airsoft skirmishing (the sport itself), not for any other purpose.

Here's how you can demonstrate your defence to onlyBBguns and buy a black airsoft gun:

  1. Show proof of skirmishing: Gather evidence like photos and videos from airsoft games you've participated in. These should clearly show you actively involved in skirmishing, demonstrating your intent to use the gun for the sport.
  2. Become a registered skirmisher: The easiest way to prove your defence is by joining a recognized airsoft association and getting a membership card. The most common one in the UK is UKARA. This registration confirms you're a legitimate airsoft player.

Don't have either of those? No problem! You can still buy the airsoft gun. onlyBBguns can paint it in a two-tone colour scheme. This means part of the gun will be sprayed a bright, non-realistic colour. This makes the gun a "non-realistic imitation firearm" and avoids the restrictions of the VCRA Act. Anyone over 18 can legally buy a two-tone airsoft gun.

KWC Python .357 2.5" CO2 Revolver

The KWC Python .357 2.5" CO2 Revolver (AAKCCD661AZB), is a high-fidelity airsoft tribute to the renowned .357 Magnum revolver, featuring the menacing snub-nose look. This model is engineered for authenticity, raw power, and the demanding constraints of CO2 usage.

Maximum Realism in a Minimum Package

Despite its compact 200mm length, this revolver delivers incredible heft thanks to its extensive full metal construction across the frame, cylinder, and barrel. This realistic weight significantly enhances the shooting experience.

The short 2.5-inch barrel is ideal for close-quarters engagements and allows the pistol to be carried discreetly in smaller holsters. The authentic operation—including the smooth swing-out cylinder and the loading of six individual metal shells—is a satisfying ritual that enhances any airsoft revolver loadout.

Reliable High-Velocity CO2 Performance

This Python is powered by a standard 12g CO2 cartridge, providing reliable high pressure and performance, even when temperatures drop. It cycles in a realistic Single/Double Action manner and achieves strong muzzle velocities (often around 350 FPS with 0.20g BBs).

While featuring a fixed hop-up, the consistency of the CO2 system ensures respectable accuracy at the ranges intended for a compact sidearm. The package includes a shell speedloader to mitigate the low 6-round capacity, ensuring quicker reloads when every second counts

Two tone
We can two tone any weapon we sell at Bespoke Airsoft. The purpose for two toning is if you do not hold a valid defense under the Violent Crimes Reduction Act (VCRA, 2006) which is to prevent the misuse of Replica Weapons, which applies in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The gun will be sprayed 51% in a bright/primary color (we do only blue, green and red currently). The process of two toning currently runs at 2 working days depending on Drying Time, which is effected by Ambient Temperature and Weather. and currently no express delivery is available for this even if you select it at checkout.

FAQs

1.     What is a BB gun used for?  BB guns are mostly used for practice shooting and training. The stronger ones (i.e. Air Rifles) can also control pests or hunt small animals.

2.     Do you need a Licence in the UK for a BB gun? No, you don't need a licence for a BB gun in the UK, but there are rules. The BB Gun needs to be in two colours; one has to be a primary. All our guns are on the website as per default.

3.     Is a BB gun a good weapon?   BB guns, despite sometimes being seen as toys, can be dangerous. They fire pellets at high speeds and can cause serious harm, or even be deadly in some situations.

4.     Can you shoot BB guns in public in the UK without a Firearm license? BB guns in the UK navigate a legal grey area. While certain models, notably low-power 'soft air' types, typically evade classification as section 1 firearms, more potent versions may require a valid firearms certificate to avoid legal repercussions.

5.     Can you shoot a BB gun in your garden? You can use a BB gun in your garden under UK law, but you have to ensure the pellets don't go into your neighbour's yard, plot or land. If they do and you don't have permission, it's against the law.

6.     Which UK law am I breaking if the pellets go into my neighbour's law without permission?  If your BB gun pellets go into your neighbour's yard without permission, you're breaking UK laws. Specifically, the 1968 Firearms Act and possibly the 2003 Anti-Social Behaviour Act, because you may be causing your neighbours trouble or worry.
